4/20/2022 0 Comments Week 4![]() For this week we have "mangú con revoltillo de huevo y salami". This dish is a traditional dish from the Dominican Republic. We eat this for lunch or dinner! For this recipe, you will need: Green plantains Salami Eggs Butter Milk First, you need to peel the green plantains, put them in a pot with hot water with salt (to taste) and let them sit for 15-20 minutes. For the salami, you have to cut it and put it in the pan with hot oil. For the seasonings of the salami and eggs, you are going to add bouillons, a little bit of salt, tomato and let it cook for about 5 minutes until you see the eggs are cooked. When the plantains are ready you are going to drain the water (keep the plantains in the pot) and add butter, milk and salt to taste. When you see it kind of creamy you can serve it and eat. Here is the final product:
